OFFICE GHOST CREW

Twelve workers nobody sees.

A hard working hidden force multiplier for your business — eliminating the need for staff and freelancers alike. They do the writing you never get round to: the posts, the replies, the reviews, the articles. In your voice, on your own AI key.

What it actually produces

No testimonials here. It is new and nobody has bought it yet, so there is nothing honest to quote. Instead, here is real output — run on a made-up garden centre, pasted exactly as it came back.

The Diplomat
Given this one-star Google review:
"Sold me a tree they said was fine for full sun. It was dead in six weeks. Went back and was told it was my watering. No refund, no interest. Wont be back."
You received a tree that died within six weeks. We offer replacement options for plants that do not thrive, and you were offered a discounted replacement. Please contact us directly at shop@ridgeline.example or visit the front counter to discuss this further.

Under eighty words, no argument, no "we value your feedback", and it never once tells the customer what they did wrong — because the reply is written for the next person reading your reviews, not for the reviewer.

The Scribe
Given a subject and a saved brand voice:
"Why most people kill a young citrus tree in the first year, and the two things that actually matter."
Most young citrus trees die in the first year because of too much water or wrong soil. Florida soil needs to drain well. Too much water drowns roots. Check your soil drainage before planting. Come in Saturday and grab soil that works here.

Plain, short, one idea, one thing to do. It sounds like that shop because it was given four paragraphs of that shop's actual writing first.

The part a folder of prompts cannot do

A prompt gives you one answer. A chain runs several of the crew in order and hands each one the last one's work — and lets you edit in between.

Monthly Content Production

  1. The Planner lays out the month
  2. The Scribe writes the posts from that plan
  3. The Screenwriter turns the strongest into video
  4. The Tracker tags the lot

Content Repurposing

  1. Paste one article, transcript or newsletter
  2. The Scribe cuts it into platform-sized pieces
  3. The Screenwriter pulls a video out of it
  4. The Planner puts them in an order with dates

Why it does not sound like AI

One tool in there matters more than the rest. You paste in four or five things the business has actually written — posts, an email, the way the owner talks — and it writes a voice profile: sentence length, the words they use, the punctuation habits, and most usefully the things they never do. That profile is saved once and every other ghost reads it. It is the difference between copy that sounds like the business and copy that sounds like everyone else's AI.

And the rest of it

Three tools

  • Brand Voice Analyzer — paste real writing, get the voice profile every ghost then reads
  • Post Performance Scorer — paste a post and its numbers, find out what the writing actually caused
  • Pricing Calculator — no AI, just arithmetic, and it will tell you when your rate does not survive a normal year

Ten documents

  • Proposal · Scope · Quote follow-up · Rate sheet
  • Welcome email · Intake questions · Content brief · Meeting agenda
  • Monthly summary for a customer · Customer story

The app itself

  • Client profiles — fill the business details and the voice in once, every ghost reads them
  • An output library, kept per client, in your browser
  • Backup export and import, so you can move machines
  • A downloadable copy that runs from a folder on your own disk

Who this is for

Yes

  • You run a small business and the writing keeps getting pushed to next week
  • You handle a few clients and the content is the part that eats the day
  • You are already paying someone to write posts you end up rewriting
  • You want the AI to sound like you, not like a press release

Not this

  • You want something that posts and schedules for you — this writes, it does not publish
  • You want it to log into your accounts and pull your numbers — you paste those in
  • You are not willing to spend two minutes getting an API key
  • You want a magic button. This is twelve good workers, not a magic button.

Who made it

I am 65. I have been around technology since 1978 and I have bought a great many tools that promised the earth and delivered a folder of PDFs. This is the thing I wanted to exist: working tools, bought once, running on my own key, with the limits printed on the box. It does what this page says it does and nothing more than that.

Questions

Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay once. The only ongoing cost is what your AI provider charges you for what you use, and you pay them directly.
What does the AI actually cost to run?
Every ghost is one call to your provider. On a small model that is fractions of a cent for a set of posts and a cent or two for a long article. Prices are set by your provider and they change — set a monthly spend limit on your account the day you create the key and a mistake costs you nothing.
Do I need to know anything technical?
You need to paste an API key into a box once. There is a page inside that links straight to where you get it.
Where is my key stored?
In your own browser, on your own machine. It goes from your browser straight to OpenAI or Anthropic. It does not pass through our server. We do not have one.
OpenAI or Anthropic?
Either. OpenAI is the default and cheaper for this kind of work. The crew was written and tested against OpenAI; Anthropic runs the same prompts through the same screens.
Will it write things that are not true?
It will not invent a price, a date, a statistic, an award or a guarantee — and where a fact is missing it hands the output back with a blank for you to fill and a "Flags" section telling you what it could not verify. Check anything before you publish it. That is true of every AI tool; most of them just do not tell you.
Can I use it for clients?
Yes. Client profiles are built in and you can keep as many as you like.
What if I do not like it?
Buy it, use it, and if it isn't worth what you paid, email support and you get your money back. Thirty days, no reason needed, no questions asked, no forms. That is the whole policy.
